I agree with reviews on bad customer service. I contacted to order new key explaining my car cant be driven until I get new key. Cameron who I spoke with advised it would be a week. I waited for 2 weeks before ringing him, he then advised he would call the next morning and now another week has passed no call. I call again left 2 messages and still no return call. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and now 3 weeks with no car key. Definitely not happy

Worst service ever, disingenuous and completely misrepresented what we were buying then passed it off as.... "no I told you that, maybe you didn't understand! Lee and Brenden both I would never trust... they lie and make promises and just never keep them. Once the commitment to buy was there the "service" was dropped. After complaining the response from Brenden was... "I have feelings too". Sorry mate... they just don;t matter in a busness transaction. * Car was late. * Child seats installed by no qualified person. * Features mentioned were not included. * Follow up timelines just missed and had to be chased by us. Awful experience... if you buy a Jeep, just buy it from somewhere else!
