Very unprofessional admin person named Tracey , who answers the phone very abruptly and when she doesn't wish to hear to your requests hangs up on you. So I rang back to let her know how rude that she was to hang up on someone during conversation wasn't the best for business. I really hope the recording at the beginning of the call "stating being recorded for training purposes ", is actually applied here as to have a more friendly manner towards customer service being the first port of call for the company. Wouldn't recommend the company to anyone with such a horrible experience such as mine.
