Bought a white fabric couch and a timber entertainment unit on Graysonline with short notice restricted (time window) pickup from Sydney. Needed competitively priced transport to Melb - contacted Transcorp - no problem at all - 48 hour pickup arranged. Also asked for white fabric couch to be wrapped (floor stock - not protected) not a problem also. I also needed storage for one month prior to house move and Transcorp could do that at competitive pricing also. Even got sent a photo of wrapped couch and unit prior to storage after requesting to see it. Thanks Transcorp team!! Awesome stress free service.

My husband and I decided to move from Sydney to Perth in mid April. I contacted Transcorp and they were wonderful (particularly Florence, but everyone I spoke to on the phone was so kind and professional), and organised our quote. I explained we were on a budget, and sent in an itemised list of all the items we were moving (I recommend doing this as it does adjust the quote) and it all came in under our budget. Then Covid happened, and we had to pack up and leave our apartment and get to WA before the border shut with 24 hours notice. This is where Florence and Transcorp showed how amazing they truly are. A situation that could have been a nightmarish headache became a walk in the park with quick responses and help moving our move date up by three full weeks, even though they were slammed with other people and business trying to move as quickly as possible as well. It was no issue that we were not in the apartment and my sister and dad were the point of contact for the loading of the container. Transit took 3ish weeks, with constant and professional contact when I inquired to its arrival date. The men from both sides who loaded (in Sydney) and unloaded (in Perth) were brilliant and kind, very professional. All of our items arrived safely. I am so overwhelming pleased with the service I received from the entire team at Transcorp. I recommend them unequivocally. Should anyone I know move interstate I will also recommend them, and if I move in the future I will certainly be using Transcorp. If I could give a 5000/5 star review I would.

The boys at Transcorp were all class and made our move in day that much easier. They called a couple of weeks before the move, ran through the things in our house that they’d be moving and laid out what would happen next. We received a confirmation text the day before, and they even followed up with a personalised text too - that was a nice touch. We’ve heard horror stories of removalists before but these guys were absolute professionals. Nothing broke, nothing was scratch and even our fiddle plant made it over without losing a leaf. Both the boys were very friendly and offered us handy advice as we were making our new place a home. Would highly recommend!

This was our first time using a removal company. It wasn't an easy decision given some stories but in the end we are so glad we chose to use one and so happy that we chose Transcorp. We moved from a 2 br apartment in South Yarra to a 2 br apartment in Richmond. Our South Yarra first floor apartment had a very narrow staircase and access to the Richmond apartment was also restricted. Despite all of this the move went amazingly well thanks to the superb moving crew who arrived on time and had plenty of helpful tips and tricks! The move was over before we knew it! Our choice to use a removal company saved us a heap of stress and when we move again we will no doubt go with Transcorp once again! Thanks again guys, we wish you all the very best!
