I have been doing group high intensity classes with Chris for over 4 years and I would recommend them. I enjoy exercising in the park more than an indoor gym so this is perfect for me. I don't think I've ever done the same workout twice with him. Very good value for money and lots of options to attend multiple times a week. I have been able to continue exercising with Chris' help through injuries, pregnancy and post pregnancy. There is a really nice social aspect to the group sessions too.

True Strength is a great place to train. Chris instantly makes you feel comfortable and his one on one approach is something I've not had with other gyms. After 5 years of training he has worked with me to get the results I want and l look forward to continuing with him in the future.

Training with Chris has not only taught me what my body is capable of but has also given me confidence and long lasting friendships. He has taught me that strength training doesnt just give you "big muscles" or "make you bulky" it gives you the tools to help you get the best out of your workouts no matter what it is you're training. Chris is great at tailoring workouts to suit all needs and capabilities but also challenges you to step outside your comfort zone and try new things. There is always such a good atmosphere in the gym, no matter how your feeling or how bad of a day you've had, Chris is always there to lend an ear and encourage positivity! Have been training with Chris for 6years and couldn't recommend anyone more!

I've been training with Chris for almost 2 years and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He's the ultimate professional PT and knows exactly how to motivate me when I need it. His strength and bootcamp sessions are varied and are good mix of fun and hard work. Chris' kindness and positive attitude is reason enough to keep coming back but his genuine interest in providing an excellent service to support his clients is second to none.

Firstly I have Myasthenia Gravis which is a neuromuscular disease that leads to varying degrees of skeletal muscle weakness. In the past I have had trainers that have never factored this, not accommodating my early fatigue thus resulting in me giving up. Under Chris's guidance I have slowly been gaining muscle strength again. Chris took the time and effort to educate himself about my MG and has designed a programme that takes this into account. I have shorter training sessions and feeling pretty chuffed that I have gone from lifting 1 kg dumbells to currently 7 kg! This is huge for me. He has made me feel 'normal' as I am acutely aware of my muscle weakness and for me that is a true strength

I have been training with Chris at True Strength for roughly 2 years now. I had previously tried numerous gym memberships, gym classes and PT's however none seemed to fit what I was looking for and always seemed to cost so much for little motivation and results. I found True Strength which has now become basically a daily routine to my lifestyle, for both fitness and happiness. The classes are always different which make it exciting, the people are lovely which make it fun and the exercises are challenging yet adaptable to any type of fitness level. I have never enjoyed exercising as much as I do now and would highly recommend True Strength to anyone who is looking to add exercise to their weekly routine, whether it be to lose weight and tone up, get fit and healthy, or just feel happier by boosting those endorphins!
