Lovely friendly staff with lots of special smelly things! There does seem to be some inconsistencies in sourcing the ingredients as we have used products for a period of time successfully, purchased a new bottle of the same product and had allergic reactions. Needless to say, however, this was handled professionally by the staff at the West End store who recorded the issue, refunded the product and then we just moved onto another just as yummy smelling product! Sorted!

When i walked in i saw this big jar of organic chamomile behind the counter i was so excited. I asked the old lady in the counter just for formality " hi!! dyou guys have chamomile? " her response was "NO" i asked again because maybe she didn't understand me "you don't have chamomile?" and again she said "NO" rudely and gave me this KAREN sarcastic smile. SHE SAID NO EVEN THERE WAS A MASSIVE JAR OF CHAMOMILE BEHIND HER.. RUDE OLD WOMAN... This place is located at West end Brisbane... Thanks
Started off our journey to using Essential oils for all the benefits right here at the store in Westend. The customer service has always been top shelf so we'll keep coming back.

Anything Perfect Potion is sublime and the West End store is one of the best. The team are friendly and helpful.
I love perfect potion products. The eye gel is wonderful and non-irritating. Their soaps a gorgeous and I love the air freshener. Try out their skin care range too - all natural.
This is a post from my wife. Sarah loves perfect potion, I'll admit I don't mind the odd nice smelly foot bath. Sarah says she would recommend perfect potion to qld oldies if they are looking for a soap that is gentle and smells good. Or a tea that sits alright in the tum. The staff are lovely and the shop is always clean. They have ointments for pretty much everything and it's all nasties free.
