My first time delivery interstate (send to Melbourne), I am deciding which company to choose. I check their review on google and I accidentally call this to this branch and I hang up because I know that you can get the quote online, but suddenly they call me back and I tell them the size and approx weight of the packages in less than a minute I know how much total cost for my delivery I write down the reference number. In that afternoon I went to the store and give the number. It's very convenient. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

I’m simply blown away by the kindness and excellent customer service I received at the Pack & Send store in South Brisbane! Living on your own in a new city means transporting heavy items is an issue. I had a heavy item sent to the store from family and they personally loaded it into their van and dropped the item and myself home when I had planned to somehow drag it down the street. Such lovely people and the cute dog at the store is an added bonus :) Highly recommend!
