Great customer service, spa was delivered on time and no fuss. Very helpful staff as we had lots of queries for a unusual install by positiva.com.au the result was amazing and we use the spa almost every day, super easy to maintain, great work guys you run a good business !

HI Guys, Just wanted to say a big thanks to Robert for the advice and information on buying a Spa its such a big investment and very confusing with all the information out there,but his down to earth personality and advice just made it that much easier to purchase from west coast spas also being an Australian Made Spa this has given us complete piece on mind that my hard earned money is going into the Australian economy and Not Off shore. Great work Robert at West Coast Spas we are loving our new Spa !
