I’ve been buying components from here since Dulcie ran the counter in their small shopfront in Ashfield. She was never renowned for her customer service, but I couldn’t argue the range and prices. Thirty-odd years and two moves later, their range is even larger (read as “huge”) and their pricing still excellent compared to the other electronics retailers. It seems to be rare that they don’t have what I’m after in stock. Their customer service has improved as well, but if anything they might be trying to do too much these days. If you shop in person on the weekend, you might find that the person in front of you is trying to source a replacement transformer for their rare 1950’s model train set. The staff will take the time to help them out, only to find that they then have to explain how plugs work. And wires. And model trains. Frustration all round, I’m sure. Pro tip: Avoid shopping in person on the weekend. But if you know what you need, order it on the web, wait for the text message, get in and get out. Quick and easy.

Very bad customer service and nor reliable bought from them TP Link repeater turned out to be faulty didn't accept to take it back and asked me to talk to TP Link and sort it out with them. Asked to speak to the manager but the manager refused to talk to me.
