Awful experience. Complete rip off Charged 167 as a “truck” for half a tray worth of stuff. The “truck” we were driving is nothing more than a Ute. The lady at the entrance saw how little we had to drop off and continued to insist we were a truck so it didn’t matter. What we tipped weighed 160kg. Spoke to the supervisor and he didn’t even bother to come And look at what we had. The staff that worked there laughed at us and said “ you got ripped off “. Will be making a complaint. Absolute rip off, this place is robbing people. Scumbags.
