Very poor service by one of the workers. I went there recently. She was totally neglecting me even tho I was asking her something. She was just replying in words whatever my questions were and was going back to work again and again. Did not even bother to ask if I am okay out there. Really Really bad service.

I went into Strandbags Saturday 20 June 9:00AM. I was appalled with my experience there due to the fact that before they closed because of COVID-19 I received a call from one of they're members in the Werribee strand bags and was told that they were closing, I then informed her that I felt unsafe to come down to pick up my bag due to COVID-19 she was fine with that and told me that it was fine to get it once they opened. As soon as they opened I went down to the Werribee store to pick it up. the Staff member was extremely rude and had a go at me saying "We have tried to call you numerous times and you never answered".Which there is NO TRUTH to this statement whatsoever. she then went on to rant about how they emailed me multiple times which is confusing to me as I have ONE email from them. I only received ONE call from them which was the call I previously mentioned where she told me its fine to come and pick my bag up after COVID-19. I felt very uncomfortable being interrogated in this store by your abrupt staff member with no customer service whatsoever. Due to this I will not be returning to Werribee plaza strand bags store again due to me feeling uncomfortable in your store.

Good variety, good range of prices for any budget. Friendly, knowledge staff. Being inside the shopping centre means plenty of parking onsite and conveniently located near other services.

Fantastic service! My partner bought me a leather bag just prior to Xmas as a gift, this week I noticed the handle had come away at both ends(6 months later). I took the bag in to Strandbags at Werribee Plaza and was looked after by “Joy” she said unfortunately no warranty on leather anymore and past the 30 day return policy BUT what she could offer me in good will was a replacement handbag to the same value, I got to choose a new bag. I honestly can not believe how polite, friendly & helpful this lady was to me. I thought I would be just told “we will send it back to the manufacturer to see if it could be repaired”. The customer service I received from Joy exceeded my expectations- THANK YOU very much - you have a customer for life

Found an overnight bag I liked. Was on sale for 69 or so the tag said. Scanned at 120. Staff wouldn’t honour the tag price. Which I believe is the law.

Poor customer service. I went into the store yesterday. I was in the store waiting to get any service. One female staff was behind the register and another female walked in getting ready to start her shift, the other girl wished the other girl happy birthday - Good to know it was her birthday. It would have been nice to attend to the customers in the store. I was in the store for 5-10mins waiting for any kind of service from the 2 ladies. When i wasn’t offered any customer service I left the store, disappointed.
