Always a pleasure to visit this place. It has a great environment indoors and outdoors. Many different size of servings as well if you don't want to overindulge.

I have been a long time customer and usually dine-in. Customer service has always been average at best with occasional great staff serving but food quality and taste has always been good. Recent experience hasn't been that good though. I got take away for first time yesterday and disappointed with quality/quantity of food. The slice portion for cheesecake was as small as possible even though it used to be generous enough for 2 people when you dine in. However I was more disappointed by the kids churros which were over done and were not edible/enjoyable at all. I guess this is a lesson for me to either not get take away from this place or even I do, then check the items as the Asian short lady who served me couldn't care less when packing this and not realizing that it won't of good taste.

Always such a good service! My partner loves their shakes and is crazy about honeycomb so this is a perfect place to him. They are always generous and don't underfill. They also have various souvenir mugs if you are a tourist (COVID GO AWAY)

Due to lack of staff,We had to wait quite awhile to be served and then again to collect our order. Apart from that the shop was clean, food was tasty.

Our favorite place for late night desserts. Their churros with dark chocolate sauce and strawberry are the best. We have tried their coffee, creme brûlée and Ice creams too and it’s good.

I had a really great customer service. I complained about the product before. But the management replied promptly and apologised too. Highly recommend this place as my kids loves it too.

Would prefer to rate zero, not because of the taste.. but because of the Customer service..... taste is what keeps making me visit again n again irrespective of the service.....

Well, it was my birthday and if you sign up to the San Churro's reward scheme 'El Social, you get a free churros for two voucher on your birthday! Although....I can eat it by myself...but anyways, there is another birthday voucher option, its family pack thats normally 35, and you get it for 19. A bit much for my tiny bird like appetite.... Onto the important details! Service and the food was quick, premises were clean and notably absent which was good, as I dont like crowded eating. Churros were crunchy, hot and delicious. I paid extra for bananas and strawberries.
