Very helpful in supplying spare parts for my ageing tools.
Long story in short worst experience ever. Sent my karcher machine to get repaired. Was told shouldnt be more than 2 weeks. It sat there for 3 weeks and finally got quoted 620 dollars to fix it. I refused as machine only worth 900 and said i would pick it up. I then got quotes from other repairers and was told it shouldnt be any more than & 300. Funny next morning 8:00am werribee power tools repairer calls and says he can fit gor 220 if i can get the part. Obviously werribee power tools tried to decieve me. To top it off when I went to pick it up they returned to me in pieces. I asked them if they could put it back in one piece the way i gave it to them and they refused saying its against the law?? Also has the nerve to yell at me? Why? Because i wouldnt let you over charge me? I will be spreading the word about this experience garanteed worst experience ever! Merry xmas to you to! REPLY TO THE OWNER: Mate, we both know the truth. You’re really good in writing but come on, you never updated me at all. I have to call you several times to ask for update and always being told just the same thing “waiting for Karcher to get back with pricing”. The original Karcher part that you are talking about is exactly the same part you can buy from Ebay and i’m pretty sure we both know that. It’s been 2 weeks and 5 days to be exact before you got back to me with the price. If I didn’t call who knows when you would have updated me. Please stop with your lies. Stop acting like you are nice. You never talk like that in person at all even to my partner that as you have said spoke to you. You became aggressive towards her and sarcastic, too. Thanks for hanging up on her. Anyway to sum it all up, as you have said “Merry Christmas!” To whoever is reading this, pls do not be deceived. I have never written a review but I just had to this time. Due to the fact that i’m disgusted with the customer service that they have.
