What is the use of the logo, "Open early,close late,"when the the employees are not ready to serve the people? Today I went to office works Werribee,to develop a photo, I was directed to self service and told someone will assist me there. After a long wait,a Chinese lady came with rude face and didn't had the patience to tell me the steps to operate the system. If the employees can't handle the crowd, they can go to country side to work in peaceful atmosphere. Worst experience, especially during weekends.

Fantastic service I didn’t have a face mask which I realised after driving all the way to this store and instead of being turned away staff were more than happy to assist me and even gave me a mask to take away at no charge So I would be right for the day Really Werribee office works is my preferred store for the service I receive each time
I went to Werribee Officeworks today because I needed to print quite a few documents. I've never printed anything from officeworks before so I wasn't 100% sure of what the process is. As I approached the guy who served me and once I told him how many documents I needed printed (which was 50) he told me that they usually don't print that many documents for an order but he did it for me as a "one off". I don't understand why there is a limit on the amount of documents you can print. Customers are paying OFFICEWORKS for the service. The more customers are printing the more money you guys are getting. It shouldn't be advertised as a "printing service " if there are limits on orders. There was no information about terms and conditions. On that, the guy who served me made me feel stupid and not welcome to print anything. The printing team didn't have an overall friendly nature, I wouldn't go back there to print.
I went into this store today and received help from Molly. I must say she went up and beyond for me. So happy, next time you go there be sure to look for her

Today we went to get our photo printed and needed some help to get the right print and the lady whom we approached was very rude and unfriendly. She wasn't ready to answer any of our questions stating she is too busy. She should know how to deal with the customer before turning away.
For some reason, I've always found the task of choosing and purchasing the right printer extremely daunting. Thank you so much for your help! Extremely happy with our Canon Pixma.
the service needs a step up. As it can get busy really quick. The staff also needs more training in their product as some of them have no idea. But overall ok
