Very responsive, very quick. Required an immediate building inspection done prior to long weekend and they accommodated - arrived at 6PM Thursday evening to complete the inspection. Was able to return the report by Monday afternoon. Would recommend, very easy to speak with, describing what works would need to be done.

I recently did building and pest inspection from these guys. I found them on a google search and i will call myself lucky because they have been professional , responsive and ready to answer all my first buyer stupid questions. The advantage of using this company is not only deep understanding of building basics , it’s also dedication with which they check and find right faults in building and convey to you . They also have deep knowledge of western suburbs streets ,prices and help in right evaluation. The pest inspection is combined and is excellent and recommended. This saves time and efforts. I got twice right advice for property I was purchasing. Pragnesh was able to straight away find building joints where extensions were made to locate and check building cracks and check walls and rooftop alignment, design map of house , any limitations in design etc. on another occasion he was able to locate Roof fault and leakage repair which escaped our eye. The major advantage was he is also qualified for building survey and evaluation and can provide appropriate renovation cost and land value. All this valuable information under one roof is difficult with any other agency in this area and this helps a lot to take right decisions based on market conditions. The biggest advantage is their honest opinion about property and pest inspection. Highly Recommended!!
