We brought a new isuzu d max X terrain from Weribee dealership on Saturday so happy, as soon as we walked in Mason who is the salesman who looked after us was fantastic he just explained every aspect of the D max to us inside & outside & under the bonnet nothing was a problem nor was it to hard for him to explain, Mason just treated us with the highest of respect and he even noticed that l was wearing hearing aids so he spoke louder so l could hear and under stand him, nothing was impossible for him to do or to answer we got a fair trade in price for our 16 year old car and then with a bit of fine tuning a deal was done with our new D max and papers were sighed with Mason. so if your looking to purchase a new D max or KIA from Werribee Isuzu and KIA please talk to Mason he will look after you, also just a shout out Leonie who took care of us in regards to paint protection & interior protection & window tint, she was so friendly explained the process to all aspects products that is used and gave us a great deal for all we spoke about everything and anything it was like we had known each other for years it was the same with Mason to. I'm am sure the hole dealership is as good but with Mason and Leonie they were the two that we dealt with and they just knock it out of the park, if we had to give Mason & Leonie a score it would be 100 out of 100 gold stars.

Shaun was great to deal with, and genuinely a terrific person. Made everything easy and was very accommodating. Andy was fantastic also, and couldn't have been more helpful.
Booked a car in for service. Car not ready 3 hours after l booked it in for pick up. I rang during the day to find out when it would be ready and no-one returned my calls. Won't be coming back
Yard is well organized but not open on Sunday.
