The worst place to work, senior leadership teams speak down to staff and belittle them like they are nothing. Expectations are through the roof, they hire people with no industry experience and " expect them to get there kpi in first 4 weeks" NEWSflash- you are working with people You are expected to be an email guru and reply to emails instantly, the regional manger bullies people into doing things for her. No wonder the staff turn over is so high. Sack staff with no real reason
