This is the last time, I'm getting my daughter's birthday cake from here. What I had explained to them, an what I got we're two differences things. An since they changed management a few years ago, it's only got worse. An even after showing my daughter the cake, she said were not going their either. I'm really disappointed, I went in to get a thickshake at 2.30, and I was outright refused because she had to close at 4pm. I understand if you were nearing 3.30, and having to close machines, but that is just ridiculous. I have been here before and it's always great customer service, but this woman seemed like she just didn't feel like servicing us.
Incorrect open times, or just shut "when they feel like"
