Utopias bubble tea is superb. I recommend trying one of the butterfly pea series.

This place needs to hire more people! The only staff working there literally ignored me at the cashier for ten minutes as she's just overwhelmed buy the number of orders pending. Poor management.

Horrible. Ordered 2 x milk tea with red beans and sago for takeaway. After driving off, realised that none of the 2 had any red beans in them, and just too hard to drive back. Frankly, how could you have missed those? What in the world were you doing? Like others here have said, just miserable employees with not a care in the world. This is why Utopia always loses out to Presotea. Avoid. Just pure garbage.

Every employee here seems to hate their life but they make the bubble tea quickly and usually pretty good so can't complain too much

Staff member didn't seem like she wanted to be there, maybe the 2pm work time wasnt her thing? The bubble t itself wasn't the best either and didn't taste as it usually does! Have found that this is bthe case with Utopia, some shops are better than others

Sugar sugar sugar. Great teas, but the sugar content, even when you ask for less sugar, is a lot.
