A colleague and I did the 2-hour Barista training, more for fun than for professional reasons but it would definitely be the way to go if you want to get serious about becoming a barista too. Mack, the coffee roaster and barista, was absolutely fantastic... we learned heaps and he's a great teacher. Jill made setting it up all incredibly easy and everyone I dealt with was just extremely welcoming and accommodating. Can't recommend enough. Thanks PCR team! :)
