Excellent service, better prices and free delivery. Our gas guy Michael is very pleasant and responsive! I've used competitors before (such as BOC) and these guys are way better, specifically to female owned small businesses. Can't recommend them enough.
We called the Supagas office and advised we had an issue with our spare bottle (valve) and needed to get another urgently as our forklift had run out of gas. Within an hour they had someone out to sort the issue. Great service from admin to the support team. Thanks. Solar Repairs.
Wouldn't recommend, they are extremely nice and helpful until they stuff up and screw you around in every single way possible and tell you false information. Be prepared to wait 10 days for a refund when you decide to no longer go with them after all there errors and rude staff.
Rang their customer service number with concerns as to why their drivers do not tether newly delivered gas cylinders. Their response was an attempt to worm out of their responsibility with a comment "...the chain of responsibility is a highly ambiguous..." and they in fact blamed us. Very poor and dangerous attitude...we are looking for another supplier.
Great service, great pricing and the delivery time was quick. Reccomend using Supagas for your gas needs.
