I was one of those customers who was very specific and fussy on what I wanted. A few points below: - I received a phone call from Aven (local Perth guy) that day to discuss what I was after - great response. He was my contact all the way through. - Great knowledge in discussing implications of large systems v small systems, as well as other matters such as panel and inverter types. - My design was quite complicated (involved panels on detached garage and house), that two other companies refused to install (which is fine in my view - I'd rather them not do it than do it wrong). - CSR Bradford pulled off my complicated install flawlessly. Extremely high quality install, including conduits, inverter and rooftop panels. Colin, who installed the panels the guy he was working with were great! Possibly on the slightly pricier side, but it was definitely worth it! They surpassed all my expectations in light of other providers (see my 1-star review for Sunboost Solar). I recommend CSR Bradford to everyone now.

Very nice food and good service
Be very careful. If I put a positive spin on it then there is a lack of training inside this company regarding solar power. Made an appointment and sales rep running late. Not a good sign but things can happen. Got a quote which came in around 14700. Read T and C’s and found it strange that they state even after the quote and you pay a deposit they can still not accept the job. I questioned this as it seemed strange. Anyway back and forward the rep adjusted his quote twice and got the install price to 14K Arranged a second onsite meeting and requested installer be there. Again rep running late so left hanging around for 25 mins. Sorted the instal details out and I am ready to accept the quote and get on with it. Asked the rep to check price and see if we can adjust anything. Called me that day saying issue with the inverter he quoted the wrong one and gave me two options. Neither that great. Gave him direction to go and review quote again and come back to me. Get a call from rep the following day, this is after weeks of discussion. Multiple quote reviews and two design plans, Simply stating he made a mistake and the quote is not correct. His GM found the error and well no other way to put it ..... The real cost is now 18k. !! Now I see why that term is in the T and C’s. Pointed out that this was a complete waste of my time and rep pointed back that he also wasted his time. Understand mistakes can happen but it’s what you do next that counts. Not a good experience at any touch point so be aware.
