Also provided aftercare by checking in to see if we were happy with the job. Which we were. Great company will be recommending and use again and again.

Our ducted unit stopped working in November, during a 40 deg week! Core Air responded promptly with fault find, quote and repairs. They also arranged for temporary cooling for us during that time. I can not recommend them enough. They were professional and their prices were the most affordable, but what I appreciate the most is their level of care and service. Dont look elsewhere. These guys are the best!

Came home after Technician had been to service splits to find mould still in both units. Mentioned this at time of booking appointment as it was the reason for the booking and Core Air had previously taken care of mould issues at time of service cost of which was 230.00 for 30 mins. When I phoned office to query why the mould was still there Ruth said she would call me back and then went to lunch as I discovered after phoning back later on - lunch was far more important than the customer. When she did phone back I was told I now need to book the advanced clean package if I want the mould removed. Some horrendous price probably goes with that. So much for customer loyalty....ripped off without any conscience. Steer clear and shop around. Over priced rip off.
I was dealt with unsatisfactorily. Get a written quote before you get these guys in as the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.
I used them once to service our air conditioner and I wasn't overly impressed. The young technician was very nice, but he didn't seem as knowledgeable about Fujitsu systems as I was hoping. He had to call a colleague to confirm if the air conditioner noise was normal, which it was apparently. It didn't give me a lot of confidence. They are not particularly cheap and for what you pay, you expect an expert for your system, which they knew about when I booked the call. I won't use them again.
