I purchased a battery a while ago and the warranty was 2Y6m. I called up just before the warranty period expired as the battery was on its way out, however was informed that they would not replace it! Apparently it was a 2Y warranty, and "6m" was a mistake! Update: Thank you Neil, the battery was tested and has now been replaced. I appreciate your assistance and have accordingly changed the ratings.

A big Thank you to Nigel who assisted me during a call out with my car troubles tonight, a flat battery. Nigel was really genuine and I felt as though he went above and beyond during my call out. He was very patient, informative and was just so kind about it all during a stressful time. I felt I had to pass on how helpful Nigel was and how positive my experience was.
