My wife and I have been patients of this Practice for several years and find it a true one stop shop for your medical needs. Minor surgical, pathology, diabetic, women's health, aged and General Practice activities are conducted in a newly renovated premise. All the doctors and nurses are highly qualified, professional and friendly which quickly puts all patients at ease. It is easy to form a bond with this Practice as they truly have the welfare and health of the patient as their core reason for practising. On arrival, first class, pleasant receptionists make you feel like you're an individual and not a number and explain everything that is needed to know about your forthcoming appointment. Nothing is too much bother for the staff members of this . The Wellness Medical Centre is deserving of the highest accolades.

Will NEVER go to this place again. One of the receptionist were absolutely rude. Although my child was crying due to not wanting to be in the stroller any longer, she asked us to follow her to treatment room. On the way she made a comment 'maybe get off your phone and look after your child'. I was on the phone as I had received a phone call from my sons school for him to be picked up as he had gotten a badly swollen eye and needed to ask a family member to pick him up as I couldnt leave!!

Do not go to Wellcare Medical Centre as they will fraud you for money. This Medical centre is non the least one of the worst Medial Centres I have been too.

I had a vasectomy yesterday from Dr. Amoli of Wellcare Medical Centre. I watched tens of vasectomy videos before on Youtube in the past few months to get some ideas about vasectomy. Mostly it takes 10 minutes to have a vasectomy done and you only lose a few drops of blood but my case was totally different yesterday. My operation took 30 minutes which is 3 times more than usual operation time and I lost plenty more blood. I saw a gauze full of blood on the table but I think there were a few more of them in the bin. Most doctors normally give 4 anesthetic shots but I got 6 shots because I still felt pain after having 4 shots so it was extra pain for me. I felt pain 20 minutes after my operation and it went on for another 10 more minutes. It was a very terrifying and miserable operation for me. Dr. Amoli did not really explain to me what happened and what was going on. He wanted to see me today again to see if I am ok. I could not sleep last night because I was in pain and I was very scared. When he checked me today he said everything was ok. He said some people lose more blood when they have a vasectomy so it takes more operation time. I am very disappointed with my operation here so I would not recommend here to anyone.

No Social distancing implemented on seating in reception, no used pen box, the same pen is used by the receptionist AND anyone who walks into the clinic. If you're practising the current rules regarding Corona Virus then do not go here. Further to this I was told I would have an appointment in 15 mins ended up walking out after waiting for 40 MINUTES!! and there was only one other person in the wait area.

Refused me as a patient, for no reason!!! Reading the reviews I'm glad I'm not the only one. Extremely unprofessional. No unreasonable request, no abuse, and was my first time coming. When I asked the dr just kept repeating "leave"
