I got an excellent massage from J.S last week. I am very happy and appreciate her fantastic work. I feel much better now i can turn my neck normally but before that i couldn't after wake up. She uses some different skill and technique to relief my neck and shoulder tension. Thanks lot very happy to share !

A great place to relax with professional service. Wayne is a very knowledgeable practitioner and acupuncturist. Works with diligence and reasonably priced. Helped me with neck and back pain issues.

Not bad, not clean massage room and table but massage was not bad. Not professional management. Double booking, changing therapist in the middle of session.

Really love this place! Wayne is very kind and proffesional. He really helps me to relieve my back, neck pain problems that I’ve been experiencing for months and ensure that I fully recovered! The staffs there Leah and Jack were also very lovely. Certainly recommended!

Based on all the positive reviews, I understand my experience could be an anomaly, but I had a rather odd and unpleasant experience here. I walked in with back pain, and left 45 minutes later with back, wrist AND ankle pain. First of all, the clinics (I went to both Hunter Connection and QVB at different times) are cramped and do not appear to be very clean, which is not the ideal setting for dry needling treatment. Secondly, on both visits Wayne launched straight in to treatment after very little diagnostics or assessment. On my most recent visit, he rushed in to putting needles and cups in/on my feet and ankles, despite my problem being acute, severe lower back pain. I brought this up, but was told 'it is all connected'. I was hopeful that this would have a positive impact, but by the end of the session my back pain was exactly the same. Having told him this, Wayne bizarrely chose to continue my treatment in the waiting room, now inserting needles in to my hands (still no attention to my back) in a very unsanitary setting, in view of everyone else in the clinic, and when the needles caused bleeding he wiped this away with tissues from the front desk. As part of this 'waiting room treatment', he also inexplicably pressed his thumb in to my wrist with such force that he left both wrists/hands bruised for days afterwards. So, yeah, nah. A waste of time and money that caused more, rather than less, pain.

Two weeks ago, my right shoulders and left back are in pain suddenly. By friend referral, I had my first massage with my friend in Wayne Massage. The location is 5mins walk from Town hall station, very convenient. The massage therapist is called Ray. At first, she was patient in checking my conditions and asked me some questions. She explained very carefully to me and said I was in pain because I twisted myself for most of the time. Then she started her massage. She was very skilful . Every massage point from her was always accurate and comfortable. She is so nice and attentive to details that she put some cream on my shoulders and makes me feel better. After getting her massage, the pain was gone, and I had a very good sleep at night. Both me and my friend are very satisfied about her massage. Thank you so much for your professional massage! I definitely will come back and highly recommend her for massage )

Usually fine. Don’t believe their opening hours, they aren’t open on Sundays. Google maps has the wrong information. There’s a sign in the door saying it’s not open until Monday 9.30am.

Did a 40 minutes deep tissue massage/foot reflex.... went in with back and neck aches and the pressure point technique was great to relief pain! Reasonable price and recommended for someone wishing for a no fuss massage
