It sounds like they are great at printing but don't get your passport photo done there. I have tried and it took three goes for each of me, my daughter and husband to get one that was acceptable to the passport office.
Cannot recommend this place enough! Was worried at first because I went to them with three reels of film which spanned over the past 7 months and didn't want any one to be lost. Next day I pick them up, not only do they offer to print the photos in matte which I think looks amazing they are also efficient, wonderful quality and not too expensive while offering a digital copy for just an extra 5. Thank you very much guys!
Very knowledgeable and helpful/kind, but unfortunately quite impatient and with lower than expected attention to detail toward a good completed project. Everyone has a bad day of course, but unfortunately this was my experience. I should have come back on a third visit before locking in final specifications and put less factors in their control. Live and learn!
