Customer Service - You're Doing it Wrong! Customer Service - You're Doing it Wrong! This morning I phoned your business, I said my partner is going to Wauchope and I would like him to pick up a fly mesh combo for me. Your 'customer service' person said "would you like PVC or nylon?" I said "I don't know, it's for day & night in a paddock". This is where the customer service job should have stepped up. Instead, I got a "well I can't help you unless you can tell me if you want PVC or nylon". We chose to shop locally, but thanks for making the experience an impossible situation. Instead, I went onto Goodwoods Saddlery site where I got no argument and made my purchase, funny - there was no mention of PVC or nylon. This person just lost a sale this morning for your business. Lesson learned, don't bother - just shop online.
