Amazing Agency!!! Sallyann was our eyes and ears on the ground as were locked in Victoria during COVID. She always displayed the utmost professionalism, and really listened to what we were aiming to achieve even down to the smallest detail. As a result, she was able to come up with pragmatic solutions that addressed all issues, a true testament to her expert knowledge of the local area and the reason why she's one of if not the best agent in Port Macquarie. Her commission was very competitive and she also attended the units with her professional photographer to ensure the best photos were taken for the advertisements. She also recommended a local building inspector, a local conveyancer and a local staging business to assist with building inspections and selling of the property. Both units were sold in LESS THAN A WEEK for awesome prices that we couldn't be happier with!! I honestly wish we had more properties in the area to sell as the entire process with Sallyann has been an absolute pleasure. If you are looking for someone to sell your property I cannot recommend Sallyann and the team at One Agency enough!!!!

I have been working with One Agency for just shy of a year. During that time I have found John and his team to be professional, always available for advice and John deserves five stars for going above and beyond my expectations. When they took on our property, we wanted to organise a lot of work that needed to bring the property up to speed to be acceptable in the rental space within Port Macquarie. John took on this task to project manage all the trades to circulate through the property. Once completed, John was in contact weekly to advise what the rental situation was up to (this happened during COVID). John secured our tenant and has been in regular contact since.
