It saddens me that we have disappointed you Paul Egginton however unfortunately as you have not gone into too much detail and we have not heard from you directly we have no idea what we were Rude and Unhelpful about and as we like to pride ourselves on being as helpful as we possible, please feel free to contact us to discuss. Unfortunately, until you do this we have no idea and cannot attempt to remedy the situation through our staff training program.
