I've been buying cars off Terry Hogan since 1989. The service is exceptional! It's incredible to be able to do business with such a long standing and reputable family company. You'd be crazy not to look them up before you buy a car. I'm always impressed with the range and the prices of the cars from here, but ultimately it's the service I keep coming back for. 12 months into car ownership, there were quite a few issues with my car that occurred in WEEKS after I had bought through this dealership, from a cheap spray can job on the wheels, WD40 on the paint to make it shine vibrantly to the CEL being disconnected from behind the gear cluster, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the car I was sold. Played into Anthony's hands due to having a soft spot for my preferred car brand. Never buying a dealer car again due to the experience with these guys. Rest assured, I bought my car due to loving the brand and make of car. Only after spending 10K in one year to bring my car upto scratch, I am happy with my car. Even getting an NRMA bloke out to inspect was an issue. Used the "me no speak english" argument when asked questions on behalf of myself. Wish these guys would of been more up front with the issues that the car had. 100 percent clear they bought the car cheap due to all the problems and made it look like it was all fine. In reality - I got played. Don't give these crooks your money
Thanks for the great experience to Anthony and Will. Bought a car from the team here and they delivered exactly what they promised. Very impressed with the service and the car was presented in impeccable condition. When I next look for a car I will be calling Anthony and Will first.
I walked in and saw like 5 dealers sitting around in the office chatting. No greeting? No problem. I did a quick look around, it wasn’t that exciting. Still no one helping me, but instead a few dealers just watching me through the office glass- I felt kinda awkward and unwelcome so I just walked out. The place seemed dodgy anyway, it’s probably a better idea to just buy brand new.
