Amazing customer service from the Glicks team - really helpful with their responses online and over the phone. I asked for a cheaper shipping option to Victoria, and delivery was super quick. Great place with very modern and stylish furniture at reasonable prices! Service from staff is also fantastic! We ordered a dining table and picked it up ourselves - the staff were extremely helpful and careful in preparing our order and making sure that everything was packed well and securely. Will definitely visit again!
Save yourself time.... let this be your first stop when furniture shopping..... you won’t need to go anywhere else.. price and quality are the best.... my wife shopped around for months for a marble coffee table..... found exactly what she wanted here a lot cheaper than anywhere else.. Paid for it 2hrs later it was delivered unwrapped and sitting in our family room. PS ... I was impressed when the delivery man told us of all the companies he delivers for this company cares about their customers and deals with any issues ASAP Staff 10/10 you rock ... go Glicks

Excellent customer service from Rhys on the showroom floor. The couch we bought was delivered the next day, however it had two small marks on it. Staff member Pietra had the slightly damaged couch picked up and a new one delivered same day. Great service. We'll be going back soon!
