This happened many years ago but it just occurred to me I should write a review to let other know before they engage this business. Initially everything went smoothly, I was happy with their quote, and paid the full amount on pick up. But after I returned home with my parts, I realise some pieces were missing. I called them and they confirmed there was one more bag they forgot to hand over to me. My job wasn't big but it had many small pieces so it's understandable. But then the guy told me they made a mistake with the quote and now needs to charge me another 30%, effectively holding the last of my parts hostage. So besides make an extra trip I had to pay more then what we agreed to. I was a young and naive student back then so they probably saw fit to take a little advantage of me, but I still remember it to this day and I'm never going back to get anything cut here, and would discourage anyone else from using their service.
