Clean, spacious store friendly staff
Shout out to the young guy who was so helpful in the kitchen section this afternoon! Wish I'd asked his name. He went out of his way checking for us. Fed up with checking stock on the website and turning up at a store to find nothing.
Good range, selection, price, customer service
I would normally leave a decent review, but today my friends and I had a very uncomfortable and rude interaction with one of your staff members. She came up to us and repeatedly said to us, "I am a part of customer service, I am here to help you find things" in a very threatening way, might I add, after we said on numerous occasions we did not need help. She kept bugging us and following us around, wanting us to leave even though we had not done anything. I personally believe it was because we were a decently large group of 7 teenagers, simply just having a bit of fun. We were not harassing anyone, we didn't have bags so we couldn't have stolen anything, we didn't break or damage any products, she had absolutely no reasoning as to why she wanted us out, she was just finding an excuse to kick us out. I personally felt quite threatened, as when I told her we didn't need her help, she death glared me as if I was her small daughter who just talked back to her. However, Richard, my good man, was very helpful and understanding and was very calm about the situation . Give him a raise. I don't know who the woman was, but if you look through security footage from the bra section to the stationery section from earlier today, from around to 3.30-5pm ish, you should be able to find out which employee it was. Thankyou. Sincerely, a group of innocent teenagers.
A tidy KMart in which it is easy to find things. It appears to be well stocked and accessible. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately in my rating, all KMart loses 1 star for this stupid idea and layout of having the checkouts in the centre of the store.
Typical Kmart, good range of reasonable items, good prices, friendly service.
Well stocked store, social distancing is lacking a bit due to the nature of the tight spacing along stocked shelves and passages from different areas. Staff are very friendly and parking is easily available within the shopping centre.
