The customer service from Natalie was the best I have experienced forever. Upon finding a clock in their shop that suited my new house and with the shop closed as it was late Saturday afternoon I search the shop on FB and left a private message, Natalie replied back that she would meet me on Sunday morning to open the shop just to sell the clock. As farmers who live 30 mins out of town this was a big ask and Natalie delivered, we need to support these amazing small businesses in our country towns. Now that Natalie knows what I am looking for she will send me photos of her new stock so I can arrange another trip to Warwick.

Rude and condescending. A simple request was asked, and the staff made no attempt to hide their bickering. I did use this place years ago for a similar request, and although they completed the job, they were not much more pleasant than what they were today. Will not be coming back, or recommending to anyone.
