Luke was very professional. He worked hard to understand and secure stock for the options I needed. Kevin also went the extra mile to negotiate a better rate for my finance. The facilities were excellent and I was always offered a coffee and refreshments. It was a customer first culture which I really appreciated.

Our recent experience with Volvo Cars Liverpool was outstanding. We purchased a V60 and have been very happy with both pre and post-sale service. David (dealer-principal) was efficient, responsive and acted with integrity. If only we went to Volvo Liverpool from the beginning, it would have a avoided time wasting with other dealerships less ready to offer best price straight-up. Overall, great communication and customer service from David and Volvo Liverpool.
