Warwick Fabrics are an amazing source of Fabric house to select for any requirements , commercial project, Designers etc . Linia collection is high end and great quality. Collingwood showroom have the best staff and are incredible helpful and will assist you with fabric cuttings.

Awesome and amazing fabric selections @ Warwick. Very helpful and friendly staff. Looks like only Few staff on the weekend and please allow them sometime to assist you. Discuss your requirements and the colours, designs you are after, ask for new ideas and trends on the market as they are the experts. You can get up to 8 fabric samples. Thanks Chris@Wareick for assisting us.

It is very difficult to shop with masks on. Great fabrics to choose from. Customer service is reasonable. I think if you come prepared before hand with an idea with what close pallette you desire the result is easier to attain.

A lovely sales person (she really was very helpful!) told me fabric available, and that for my tiny order there would be no problem. With that I took my chair to the upholsterer. Three weeks later, it's still on back order. There is absolutely no point in saying to a customer at the showroom - there's stacks of it, and then to be told 3 weeks later that it is a very popular fabric so it can walk out the door. Either allow the customer to put a claim on that 5 metres they believe they can count on, or don't say that it is available!

I have tried to order fabric in the morning as need to place an order in email and waited all day for an invoice which never received yet. Call them 3 times as was ready to pay by credit card but was told to wait for an invoice. Then i asked if i can pick it up from warehouse and once again been told has to be delivered. I picked up fabric once before and was not an issue. Also 90% business are operating incl. their showroom but because of covid 19 i have been told cannot pick the order up. What is the difference between myself picking up the fabric only or the fabric being delivered? Even in the past the company send me once wrong fabric and once was missing an part of the order as well and was send to a wrong address and waiting couple weeks for delivery..... i feel the company is not only slow but the whole process is stressful was never know when the actual order arrives.

Do yourself all a big favour don't buy anything from this company. We had a couch and footstool made it's not even two years old the material has worn so badly instead of cream it looks black. It took them weeks to even come and look at it from the rep was on a cruise we then get a letter to say it has a nap on the fabric and it was not a fabric fault I had not cleaned it enough. Big joke that letter took two weeks to arrive after miss cruise came an inspected it. Don't deal with them I had the couch recovered at my cost the people gave me the covers off the seats that you can't get off I washed them and they came up cleaner meaning the two that we sat on and had the so called shading cleaned up it was the material not good enough

The worst possible delivery service imaginable for a cost of 120 - several phone calls, conflicting advice, patronising attitude, I was told to be available for delivery at anytime between 9 and 5, delivery driver not contactable, etc. Then at 5pm I asked to speak with the Manager and things improved - delivered at 5.40pm. Gobsmacked after receiving the most amazing service on the same day from Coco Republic.

Went to look for upholstery fabric and when I asked for help was left to fend for myself given paper and pen to write down what samples I wanted . No help in explaining the difference in fabrics or anything else . Very disappointing . I would have loved the help of the so called experts.
