As someone who has been doing martial arts for half of his life, I Started training with Darren in Aikido and continued for a number of years. His club is very welcoming, they truly understand the artform and martial arts in general and most importantly, its an excellent place to grow as a person through your training. If you want a truly passive martial art that doesn't require you to be overly aggressive, Aikido is the answer and they don't get much better than Darren and his instructors!
