Lovely guy as mentioned, but 20 to replace a battery and put a bit of silicon to seal it is pretty steep. Especially when the battery is around 2 on ebay

Really bad service. I gave in my watch to get the batteries replaced and was told the fix would take a week. One month later I still don’t have it, and the staff have no idea where it is. I have had absolutely no communication from them on this - I had to personally go in and ask where it is, and they still don’t know. Edit: I received my watch back after another week of waiting, and it isn’t working. I’m pretty sure the batteries haven’t even been replaced. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. Asked for a quote to get my watch fixed - told I would hear back within 2 weeks, didn’t hear anything so I called & someone said they would come back to me. 1 month and 2 voicemails later I still haven’t received a quote. Very disappointing
