Recently discovered this company and very pleased I did! My initial call was answered swiftly, with a quote (via email) following shortly. After I dropped my package off I soon received an invoice and tracking number. When my package was delivered I was also notified via email (even though I had tracked the parcel myself). The parcel arrived quickly and safely. Great customer service. Thanks to all.
The Warren team is amazing. They have shipped me three separate orders of boards for a total of 9 surfboards all without any damage. This is from Australia to Puerto Rico. Last package had 4 layovers and they are perfect. Not only they are extremely professional in their work, they are responsive and care about the customer experience. In my case they even helped me save money by consolidating boards from different shapers. I recommend them and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!
