Matt the franchise owner of snooze Warrawong has gone above and beyond to assist us. His customer service skills are impeccable and he seems to genuinely care about providing a great service. The whole team at Snooze Warrawong are incredibly lovely to deal with. I cannot recommend this store enough for your next purchase.

Ordered bed, matress and bed side tables and was told up to 4 weeks. 4 months later I finally received bed and mattress but no bedside tables. The bed drawers do not function properly and installers have damaged the floor and walls of my brand new house. Bed side tables arrived 5 months after the order date. At no stage did Snooze contact me regarding my order to give an update, I had to chase them. The manager of the store visited my house and agreed to repair damages and replace the bed frame. I have obtained quotes to get the repairs done and will be forwarding on the invoices. As for the replacementment of the bed frame, I have attempted to contact a number of times and got no reply. I have even gone into the store left my name and number and am still waiting... Not long now till I will be going to Fair Trading or the Ombudsman. Maybe the manager will see my review and actually do something about the situation... who knows Once they have your money, they couldn't care less. Highly recommend not purchasing a bed from this Snooze store.
If I could give minus stars I would, no customer service at all. Great cat the sales, but not the follow up. I ordered new bed in September, I was told it would take 4 weeks to arrive. I send store at 4 weeks to find out what was happening, still not delivered to store, the store rang me once on 26 October to say would deliver bed on the next Tuesday, still waiting for bed. So would I would recommend going elsewhere to get a bed.
The staff really knew their information! Great and very helpful. My husband and I have different needs in a mattress and they found one that suited us the best! I would definitely recommend anyone in need of a mattress to go there 100%
I would like to comment on the exceptional service by the Staff at Snooze. Matt was very supportive and understanding with my Mother in Law who is not well and was able to provide her with a quality bed that meets her needs. Ash who delivered the bed was fantastic and took care and time putting it togther for us and explaining functionality. I highly recommend Snooze for their quality and service
Matthew & Martina helped me with my recent purchase of a king size ensemble, excellent customer service was provided, excellent product knowledge and excellent delivery and assembly! I would recommend the great team at Warrawong snooze to anyone!
Very accommodating and went the extra mile for me more than once. Mathew was friendly without being pushy, gave me plenty of information, and gave me space to lay down for a while as I tested out the mattresses. He also understood and respected that his customers would shop around in other stores following a visit to his store. He went the extra mile with more than one thing: - Was willing to hold on to the base & mattress beyond the 6-week turnaround time until my apartment is ready to move into - Provided a solution to be able to add the bedhead I had chosen elsewhere, and even provided me with the brackets with which to do this. - Was willing to have the delivery staff help put the bedhead on the brackets when they deliver the bed. He was also willing to retain the brackets for me, rather than have me take the brackets home then and there. I think that if I encounter any kind of hiccup with the delivery or with assembly I am confident that Mathew will do whatever he can to resolve the issue.
