ATM was offline, staff suggested i could get 50 cash out over counter but staff member behind counter would not have a bar of it and refused without purchase. He was rude and had no ounce of understanding or accommodation. Poor form. Any reasonable station would accommodate customers if ATM is offline as a temporary goodwill gesture but not this place.
Apart from the coffee machine breaking down and not being fixed quickly. Early Morning staff during the week is lovely
