Was always a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Warrawong store, Gino and Mitch in particular, since they have left the new staff are so rude especially Sophie. She is extremely rude and belligerent as long as she is a member of staff there I will not be returning to the Warrawong store.
I am very happy with the staff and service they are really great people to talk to and very polite to their customers. When being served by Gino I feel like im treated with respect and what I say is important.
Service is always fast, friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping me out in a "pinch" guys and gals.
