Haven’t been to this place for a long time but it was good to come back. I’ve noticed they have new reception staff who are lovely and attentive. My appointment was with a female GP who was pretty cool and when I was told to get blood tests done at the pathology lab (also in the same vicinity) she was also very easy going. Thanks team - we look forward to using your services again :)

Only Family

Had a very bad experience at this GP clinic. Our usual GP is booked out so we thought will give this place a try. It was easy to book an appointment. We walked in the empty room but end up waiting for 50 min to see a GP! 2 people came after got in first when asked receptionist said because we’re new patient so got called after? What? Then when all patients finished we are still waiting, asked receiption again if we are forgotten, she called in the room then we got called in!! Definitely not coming back!! They have only 2 doctors but only 1 at a time and if they are busy with emergency then you are expected to wait!

Terrible. Asked very few questions. Not engaged. Then I discovered that the pathology test he requested was incorrect for the issue we had running in the family.
