Went there for my birthday.Night ruined. All staff was superb except for one. Anthony.... I Was made to feel extremely uncomfortable when I requested help with one of the machines. Spoken to in a rude manner. And then accused of already receiving my winnings from cashier counter, when I had clearly not collected my winnings yet. Thank god for Jackie's amazing service and apologies, the matter was sorted. Also not ideal to be swearing loudly at machines when they need attending to. Even if it is late at night. Anthony needs to work on his customer skills a fair bit I think. Disappointing.
I've Been here 4 time! And won't be going back! Every time from the moment I walked in the Downtowner, (JENNY) is extremely rude no hello at all The only thing says is , Sign in for covid with a terrible attitude.
Plenty of room to spread yourself out. Right in town, sit down bistro or bar snacks. Drinks are a little expensive for a non member in a club l think.
Great food, good value & great service. Place is very clean and so as the kid's play area Kid menu - 11 , main soft drink dessert (ice cream or snake in the pond) Lunch menu 12, many to choose from. Well cooked lamb fry and is still moist inside. Unlike some places which always over cook and dry on the inside. Dinner - Steak is 30. Was a nice piece of meat. Thursday fish & chips is a bargain for 10
