Great store, helpful and friendly staff. Had Anita who was lovely and more then helpful with setting me up with a new phone with accessories and extras.
Would be nice if they answered their phones
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I visited the store on the 8/10/ 20. I needed to purchase a new Phone. There was a stand in front of the double door entrance, I wasn’t sure if this was to block people coming in? I stood at the entrance for around 5 minutes there wasn’t any customers in the shop so I pushed the door and entered. I was yelled at by all staff to wait outside and told someone will be with me shortly. Then a shop assistant came to the door asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to purchase a new phone. She said what phone , I replied why? I hadn’t picked a phone that’s why I came to the branch! She Rolled her eyes so I said don’t worry I’ll go somewhere else, she replied okay! I went to Wolf Phones and purchased the new I phone SE. I’ll never return to this branch and I’m telling everyone I know not to either!
Not very helpful at all. Walked out of the store being none the wiser.
Not good experience. During Covid it seems to give the customer service team licence to ignore people when they enter the store. Also the take a number system and we will text you when ready is really off putting. If you need a new phone with Telstra go to Wolf in Warragul.
Very helpful staff and very efficient
I went in to recontract a service at 2:45 when they shut at 3 only 1 customer in store 3 staff and I was rudely told it’d take to long and I had to come back another day When I’ve had good friends in the telco industry for years and I’ve upgraded many times I know it doesn’t take more than 15 mins the way Victoria businesses are atm no one should be turning away business I’ll just take my business elsewhere give another place the commission lol I’ve dealt with this store a few times and every time a bad experience don’t go there rude incompetent staff who aren’t trained very well
