We are very happy with our recent purchase, not only did the car and the price of the car meet all our needs the sales team and staff were excellent to deal with, we dealt with Rob who was very friendly and accommodating allowing us on 2 test drives and fitment of baby seats, he also had a great knowledge of the cars. The sales team and service won it over for us in the end as we had a tough decision between another car, a great experience all round!

Bought a new Outlander black edition from Warragul Mitsubishi, picked it up a week ago, very happy with it but it wasn't the only thing that has impressed me. Cliff was the salesperson I met on a few occasions before buying and the help and service from himself and the team there was just fantastic, much appreciated when buying your first new car. Good service overall .. Diamond Advantage is exceptional .. I'll continue servicing my Mitsu here .. High quality genuine products and friendly staff .. My next car upgrade will remain with Mitsu, eventhough my baby's bonnet got a small scratch with this service!

Nick in the service department is outstanding. I had driven for two hrs out of Melb when my engine light came on and then the car went into limp mode, could only travel at max of 60km an hr on the flat, less going up hill. Had the RACV TOTAL CARE and they were not able to sort if out after trying a few things. Great service all the same. They were going to truck my car and trailer back to Melb. After a call to my regular Melb service department it was suggested to try and get the car up to temperature by driving it to see if the code might clear. Then decided to try and slowly head back to Melb. Thought about trying Warragul Mitsubishi on the way as the website said they were open, sat 19 Dec and about 11.30am. Feeling a bit lucky. Best thing I ever did. Walked into the service department and explained the situation to Nick and he was straight onto it with the diagnostic tool and sorting out the codes and initiated a DPF burn to reset things. Never had this issue in over 13 yrs, but something triggered it. Within 30min or so the procedure was done and then I was able to head back off on my planned holiday. I initially thought my three wk Xmas holiday was totally ruined. Then drove a further 4 hrs with no issues. Warragul Mitsubishi and Nick are absolute legends and I can’t thank them enough and highly recommended.
