We hired an X Trail today from Hannah, at the Warragul Depot. She was super friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Great advice and price. What a superstar she is and what an asset to the Budget Team. Wouldn’t hesitate to return again when needed

Great experience, we dealt with Terence when we went to pick the truck up and he was so lovely. Didn't get the name of the person who assisted when we dropped it back off, but he was fantastic too. Won't hesitate to use them again.

We are tour operators. With 2 staff we have spent the entire day 2 days out from a tour looking for. a replacement bus. We had a bus booked with Budget Warrigal who yesterday told us they could no longer give us the bus. Sorry but people make mistakes was as far as I got to understand anything. So the mistake has meant we are without a bus for a tour. Also that we have spent all day calling and looking for a bus. If you rely on booking a bus for your business then be very wary of this business which clearly does not have adequate systems to support their booking availability. We are so disappointed in this communication and the lack of empathy for our business promises nd commitments. Steer clear
