Great customer service, great range of products. Went in over the weekend to exchange sizes on my slippers that were gifted to me. Great customer service start to finish - thanks, Beck! Great range of products, and perhaps some gift ideas i wouldn't have considered had i not stopped by. From wallets to vests, deluxe stubbie holders and even dog mats... The Warners Bay store was great. Will stop by again soon.

I took my family (2 girls 1 wife) to Mortels Sheepskin Factory at Thornton today to buy Ugg boots ready for winter. The staff in the store were very nice and served us in professional manner. I met the owner Tony Mortel at the store as we were leaving and found him to be a great local businessman. it good to see Australian businesses like Mortels having a go Keep up the good work.

The first thing that greeted us at the door was a hand sanitizer touch free device, but upon searching there was NO QR code, which is a business requirement. No hand written log either. The shop assistant greeted us with a happy smiling face and gave expert advise in style and sizing for a gift, although I was not filled with confidence by the large sign prominently sticky taped to the counter saying "No refunds or exchanges unless there is a MAJOR issue with the product" which made me hesitant to buy, we were reassured that Mortel's would exchange if the size is wrong, but the contradiction in verbal advise to printed sign was confusing. The product was of great quality and good colour range, packed in a nylon mesh bag and packed into a reusable eco bag with company logo
