I bought a stealth P7-r off Nick at Ebmx. So I'm an amateur cyclist at best but I had ambitions to get fit again so I thought an ebike would be good for my 15 km commute to work. I wasn't sure about what I wanted but Nick and the team at Ebmx were fantastic to deal with extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Once having picked up my bike, the Nick gave me a follow up to see that everything was going well, of which I asked if something I noticed was normal or not. Just to be sure they came to pick up the bike from me at work, lent me a similar product so I could still do my commute and got everything sorted in a timely manner. These guys go above and beyond. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you Nick, Odin, Toby and the rest of the team.

EBMX is the best in service, selection. I wouldn’t be such in love with the electric personal transportation movement without Nic and his team. I live in Victoria and still call and use them because they are best!!!!

It's worth telling about my great experience with EBMX. Recently I was given an electric bike with serious problems. It was around 10 years old. The battery was shot and yet it was too good to throw away. I heard about EBMX and so drove up to the Belmont area to get their assessment. They gave me a timely warning about the battery which had reached the stage of being dangerous. Then they assessed the bike as a whole and I realised that it wasn't worth us sourcing another battery, considering the cost and my ultimate aim to sell the bike. They took The problem off my hands for a very reasonable price. This included disposing of the dangerous battery which is not an easy thing to do. I was impressed throughout by their caring attitude which means if I ever get another electric bike, they will be the place I go for service. Thanks Nick and the others
Awesome business to deal with. I bought an EBMX from them earlier this year and can't get enough of it. I've been watching the showroom updates and can't wait to get in there with my Surron and put pressure on them to give me more POWER!!!
Long overdue to have a EBike shop and service centre the caliber of this one. Took my 2 bikes in at 10-30am and had them back by 3 pm. Insanely good service and they kept me informed all the way. Hopefully soon will be a Delfast dealer also.
These guys are very knowledgeable great service personnel and literally bend over backwards to assist in any sales and service involving all good quality high quality electric bikes service, upgrades and development.
