Absolutely appealing service and product AGAIN. I have been avoiding this store even though it is the closet for the last 12 months since the last time I complained. Open order to find it was wrong so had the manager fix it and when I got home it was still wrong. It's actually unbelievable. I guess the manager doesn't know the difference between a zinger and fillet. As always the chips were soggy, uncooked and had no salt. Guess that fryer has been broken for 12 months now. Call 6 times but get no answer as usual. The managers are cowards and will only reply via email. Has to be the worst store ever. I'm so mad that I wasted my money here again.

We all had a great experience for lunch. Chips were fresh and the chicken was tasty. Service was great. Would be nice if KFC in general could sort out some dine in options. Most other fast food options are offering dine in now.
I’ve been twice in 2 days the first time being disappointed with cold chips and old brown chicken thinking it was a one time thing then went the next day for the exact same thing... cold, half full chips.... brown old crunchy chicken.... old lettuce.... very poor burger sauce amount.... overly disappointed as this kfc has been good in the past
Been through 5 to 6 times now in the past 12 months at various times and barely any hot and spicy read, always a 20 plus minute.
Very disappointed with Warner KFC. Had to wait 10 mins even after I ordered online , thought it meant to be quicker. No salt or seasoning on the chips, packets half full, chicken very oily never having KFC again .
KFC Warner is one of the better KFC stores in our area. Food is always quick, hot snd staff here are friendlier and more efficient compared to the others. Good work Warner!
countless times have i gotten terrible food from this KFC. The chips are always soggy and wet with often times little to no seasoning. the chicken has the consistency of rubber and they are also very good at forgetting items in your order.
Probably 50% of the time my order is completed correctly. I’m honestly sick of having to call and go back down to the store because items have been left out of my order. I had to go back down today and copped attitude from the manager as if it was MY fault they forgot an entire meal from the order. KFC - I’m not going there because of the high quality food; I’m literally going there for the convenience so when I have to go back twice to get what I ordered it kinda defeats the purpose. SORT. IT. OUT
